      fully supported to be innovated and bring ideas to build even better - you need to be a self starter and resilient, but it keeps you learning every day and makes the weeks fly in..

      Cons

      lots of approvals to push through and working in lean teams - trying to bring change can be challenging but we have some good leaders that are really working on this.

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
