Pros

Management is nice and sometimes flexible.

Cons

To much work and pressure from higher ups. No way to keep up and constantly chastised for it. Company thinks everyone is bad for not keeping up but EVERYONE is behind with no help to keep up. Very short staffed and 1 yr temp contract deters people from applying.

Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
