Pros
They give a generous amount of PTO when you start. Good work environment. Offer Hybrid work schedule (work from home and at the jobsite). Very flexible with your schedule. They feed their staff (lunch or snacks) often throughout the year. They encourage you to use your PTO and not to overwork yourself. If a new position is open, they ask within the company first before posting it publicly.
Cons
There is not a lot of room for growth for the individual to move up in the company. Each year 10X goals are established for each individual to try to accomplish throughout the year, but don't think it matters for pay raises or promotion. Health insurance benefits are not the best. It's understaffed in some areas so you end up with a little bit more responsibilities and overtime is very limited and at the same time they only want you to work your 40 hours per week (which I guess maybe is not necessarily a bad thing).
