Good pay but no job security - Accountant Intiva Health Employee Review

The biggest pro of working at Intiva Health is the people that you get to work with. All of the employees at Intiva Health are so welcoming and friendly. The benefits and pay are also outstanding! You get 6 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, paid health insurance, 401(k), and an ESOP. The work itself is great and I feel encouraged and supported to make any suggestions that may improve my department or the company as a whole. All employees understand what the mission of the company is and it is nice that we are all working together to accomplish this.

I cannot think of any cons at this time.

The pay and health insurance were the only two pros but they were not slightly worth the cons.

I could list a million cons but the main ones are: insane hours (60-80 per week) and no overtime/comp time pay, abusive leadership, hostile work environment, borderline fraudulent activity, etc. I would run from this company as fast as you can.
