Pros

Paycheck, healthcare, PTO and a few genuine people. Timely potential application of technology (blockchain).

Cons

Management- toxic and dishonest. Do your homework on the CEO. He is a convicted fellon and it appears there is a continuation of deceptive practices over the last decade (public information) Below average salaries, the most expensive healthcare plans, PTO is not what you think it should be. Technology has fallen behind. Very clickish core group. Secretive, watch your every move and the CEO will humiliate you. Feels if you take a break you are stealing from him personally.

Pros

The biggest pro of working at Intiva Health is the people that you get to work with. All of the employees at Intiva Health are so welcoming and friendly. The benefits and pay are also outstanding! You get 6 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, paid health insurance, 401(k), and an ESOP. The work itself is great and I feel encouraged and supported to make any suggestions that may improve my department or the company as a whole. All employees understand what the mission of the company is and it is nice that we are all working together to accomplish this.
