Growing company where great ideas come from all levels and functions. Genuine care and concern for employees. Very bright future and culture that values internal advancement for those willing to put in the work and do the right thing. Fun, positive environment.
Cons
Growing pains happen - too intense for someone who isn't willing to work hard. For those that like being challenged, are team-players, want to make an impact and are looking for a career (not just a paycheck), there's no better place to be.
