I have spent several decades leading customer service teams in various industries. I have had plenty of cons from my jobs IN THE PAST. The best decision I've made was to come to Intoxalock. The only con is if you are not a team player and you are not willing to commit to excellence then this will not be the job for you. You need to have the ability to de-escalate customers while showing our customer you are wanting to be their ally for their success. If you enjoy being on a team and supporting your team then you will find yourself in a very satisfying position.
