Pros
leadership s are wonderful. A lot of support to employees. Work from home. save a lot on gas. Busy all day. time go by fast. Pay is decent for the field. benefits and pto. Wish Grant programs for employees. Pto donation programs to those who need. I can really tell that company truly value employees. A lot of support from co workers as well.
Cons
A lot of upset customers. have to have thick skin to listen to many. Many customers are VERY disrespectful. but that comes with the nature of the job. Once the day is over the problem is over. Pressure on time on calls. They want you to be within 10mins on average call time, but sometime it's just not possible.
