I find it quite surprising that, particularly in the Fluidra unit, a significant number of engineers are being recruited from specific references. Interestingly, many of these candidates seem to be well-prepared for interview questions in advance, despite the recruitment team reportedly having no awareness of how this information might be circulating. It's certainly a curious situation. Moreover, it's quite notable that some candidates whose resumes were previously rejected manage to reapply for entirely different roles in other domains—and successfully clear interviews, even without prior experience in the relevant tech stack.
