Pros
The Romanian team is nice and they are e research center, so 17% off tax. Their manager is also nice. Super nice policy with work from home.
Cons
Weak management on the Irish side. Super weak. No good practices on any level (technical or humane). Every process is ambiguous, not optimised, not agile, not using tools that can actually give value. No communication across teams. Too political. Too many games.
