people: great people who are excellent at what they do office culture: a place to make friends, fun activities but could be more work life balance: global organisation does not provide standard 9-5 but offers flexible working arrangements perks: basic benefits, could do with more perks career: opportunities for promotion, opportunity to relocate
Cons
growing business proofs to be a challenging environment lacking efficient systems and processes, a lot of manual work which is more and more eliminated by new systems global organisation has a lot of silos (functional/regional)
