Pros
Lots happening in M&A right now, and Intralinks is responding well. I originally joined because they have been in the VDR game from the jump and have stayed on top since. Benefits and salary are super competitive. Everyone is surprisingly (PTSD from previous orgs?) well-intentioned and ready to help when the going gets tough. Leadership does a great job at keeping everyone informed, motivated, and cared-for.
Cons
Onboarding in the pandemic has slipped - it's harder to hit the ground running and get a good feel for the company, the product, and the people unless you're the kind of person who will seek out information, build relationships, and ask questions.
