Pros
Great technology and open door policy with the engineers and management in Charlestown office. Good group of people in general. Management is making a conscious effort to create good leadership by offering training
Cons
From a sales perspective, the feeling is that every move you make is being scrutinized and it is tough to stay motivated, especially when in the NYC office. There seems to be a lot of movement both voluntary and non-voluntary and it leads to increasing morale issues when you see people walk out the door that you respected.
