Distributed workforce makes for difficult communication and fosters rogue actions. Non-existent work life balance. Good ole boys club mentality. Zero risk tolerance to innovate, slow to produce anything. Don't appreciate 'A' players. Culture of backstabbing and do what it takes to get ahead.
