Stay Away - Anonymous employee Intralinks Employee Review

There have been many changes in exec mgmt recently that have changed the company culture for the worse. It is not uncommon to have the new exec mgmt actually scream at employees. Nothing matters but the bottom line. Morale is at an all time low. As a result there has been a lot of turnover in the past 6 - 12 months. If the economy was better there is no doubt there would be more. There has also been a lot of organizational restructuring done by the new mgmt. Every few months you have a new manager.
