Pros
Imagine a job that allows you to be the professional you have become throughout your professional life and that at the same time values the individual outside of the chair they occupy. Incredible, right? This company allows you to have flexible hours, light working hours and remote work always available. This helps a lot when you are a single mother and depend on yourself to raise your daughter, I can't help but say how much this means in my life. And speaking of growth opportunities, I see them too. Here we are seen and valued. I hope to grow more and more with the company, just as it has grown substantially in recent times. It is important to be part of a company that cares about its employees and is transparent. I talked about points that I considered very positive, without even mentioning the bonus that we also received a few times a year. Needless to say, how happy this makes me?

Until this point, I wasn't able to list something to point as a con. I believe every company has it, and it is ok. But from my point of view, I see no cons yet :)
