Poor Management - Senior Mechanical Designer Introba Employee Review

I strongly discourage young designers or EIT to join Introba hospital team. They offered me a permanent role but after 9 months of my job they told me that they don't have work load and I was laid off. Due to poor project management they were loosing the project fee and was decided to lay off the employee to compensate the poor management.
