Pros
Overall it really is a good company. Benefits are amazing.
Cons
Now, while the company as a whole is great, the particular department I worked for was not. The entire sales floor is extremely micro managed and the only way to progress is to be a brown noser. This specific role is an entry level position. During my time we had a management switch. It started out amazing. Good, encouraging leadership. As soon as the new management stepped in the tone changed. There was no help with actual development. It was more "do this, do that" and if numbers weren't hit, you're out. Again, as an entry level position I expected more active coaching. Instead, I was pushed out because my manager simply didn't like me or take the time to even try to help develop certain members of his team. Oh, nepotism galore. The last point I will touch on is that nepotism is very much present on the sales floor. If you aren't in the inner circle, you will never move up or even keep your job for that matter. I had high hopes for working at this company. I was extremely let down by the unprofessional way I was let go.
