Pros
This is my fourth year in Intuit and without using complex english, I can simply say I love it here. I am not new to this Industry and I have worked in four other IT major before Intuit. Some distinct qualities that set Intuit apart are 1. awesome benefits, best in class. 2. Flexibility of working time. Senior leadership is mindful of the need of balance in everyone's life. Honestly encourage taking time off from work periodically 3. Excellent culture, fosters an open environment of speaking up. Trying and failing not reprimanded but encouraged. 4. Very clear company directive from most senior level and hence where we are supposed to head and how we are measured is crystal clear. Particularly this point I feel is very unique about Intuit. So, if I know my goal and how I am measured I think it helps a great deal in creative thinking for a professional.
Cons
At times to collaborate with US counterparts meetings are set in evening. However, this is both ways and folks from US too join the morning meetings in Indian time.
