Pros

Intuit has great talent. Smart people, who are focused on customer needs -- across multiple functions from marketing to sales to PD to PM to support. Smart - but down to earth people who are easy to work with. Transparent, driven to the right thing. Good culture.

Cons

Small business division still suffers from slowing growth. Not seeing organic growth or innovation. Tax group (based in San Diego) has strong performance (product offerings, marketing, financial performance).

Pros

Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

Cons

It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

Pros

Remote work, flexible hours, gift cards as rewards

Cons

Every tax season leadership move the goal posts to make it more difficult (work more weekend hours, for example) to obtain the bonus. Didn't get paid to be a full service tax expert despite being forced to serve in function. Line managers drink too much koolaid
