Pros
- Good work-life balance and schedules
Cons
- Low pay for the amount of work - Extremely poor and outdated training provided to advisors, my most recent one being over 3 years outdated, with it's modules taught wrong old systems that are not used anymore - Meaning I'm now providing "support" to customers while essentially untrained - Again on training, more than half of the product is not explained to us, nor do we have viable knowledge bases to search information on, as those are usually also outdated - Despite being the hardest Customer Service role I've ever been in, it also provides the least amount of support to their advisor, no SMEs available, and the tier 2 system needs serious improvement - The computer systems provided to us for work are frankly unserviceable. We have constant hard and software issues, be it either the computer we work on being barely up to spec, or just the company's software glitching/crashing.
