Bonus has additional pay if your rating is high based on the customer feedback but your manager can choose to choose to pay the additional bonus to lower rate employees instead cuz of their favoritism. I scored over 90% overall rating, meaning I’m the 10% performer but my manager chose somebody else with lower rating to get paid the bonus. Pretty unfair.
