      Pros

      My particular manager was best manager of my life. Most enjoyable, lowest stress, highest pay, most stimulating W2 position of my life. Flexibility. Frequent gift card rewards for metrics. Super knowledgeable lead to help me through tough projects. Good team collaboration. Did over 100 cleanups for them as a Back Office Expert.

      Cons

      Experience is super variable and entirely dependent on your manager. I got moved to a micromanaging, condescending, non-intuit values manager and it was horrible. If this happens to you, contact HR. They can help you make the switch without too much fuss.

      Amazing benefits and good people

      Culture has shifted drastically. The expectation now is do more for less. What used to be above and beyond is now just achieving expectations. You're expected to absorb the work of everyone let go. You do 4 peoples' jobs, but the concept of promotions or pay raises is out of the question. Trust from customers and employees toward leaders is completely broken. The only prosperity being powered is the prosperity of shareholders and investors.
