Pros
The benefits are amazing - great health insurance, $401k match, ESPP, and $1,300 annual wellness credit just to name a few. The office or "campus" that I work out is really nice with a ton of amazing amenities - state of the art gym, free electric vehicle charging onsite, basketball/pickleball court, beach volleyball court, free "fancy" coffee shop with local vendor, subsidized cafeteria that always has good food, "game" room, and much more. They also have events going on pretty much daily and free food trucks and coffee trucks regularly. There's a ton of people that have been there 10+ years and are really happy, honestly everybody seems happy with their jobs and it's a healthy work environment. Since it's a bigger company there is a lot of opportunity to switch positions as well and management is always supportive of your career goals.
Cons
If you want to be fully remote they are really moving away from that and I believe eventually will be moving to 3 mandatory days in office. However, I LOVE going into my office location so this is not a con for me personally.
