      Pros

      Schedule flexibility for seasonal work allows you to work another job too. There's also ample opportunity for OT during tax season. You can earn significant bonuses preparing tax returns and the company offers a 125% match up to 6% for 401K contributions. Base pay is good also. You will be part of a team and receive good support and training too.

      Cons

      You are obligated to be on camera for the customers and may prefer not to be. Dealing with customers through chat for complex tax situations is very unproductive.

      Amazing benefits and good people

      Cons

      Culture has shifted drastically. The expectation now is do more for less. What used to be above and beyond is now just achieving expectations. You're expected to absorb the work of everyone let go. You do 4 peoples' jobs, but the concept of promotions or pay raises is out of the question. Trust from customers and employees toward leaders is completely broken. The only prosperity being powered is the prosperity of shareholders and investors.
