      Higher than average salary and benefits

      Poisonous working environment. Must be good in politics to work here and keep fight for your place against others instead of focus on work. They just fired several of my friends not because of professional or relevant issues so be careful. In general this is one of the companies within our a strait path and they keep firing and hiring at the same time so consider this. They will promote you only if you play well the political game and know how to step on people. No work life balance. I am not leaving only because salary.

      Amazing benefits and good people

      Cons

      Culture has shifted drastically. The expectation now is do more for less. What used to be above and beyond is now just achieving expectations. You're expected to absorb the work of everyone let go. You do 4 peoples' jobs, but the concept of promotions or pay raises is out of the question. Trust from customers and employees toward leaders is completely broken. The only prosperity being powered is the prosperity of shareholders and investors.
