Pros

Pleased with my overall package including base salary, stock options, benefits. Nice, new modern SF office near Salesforce. People tend to reliably clock out at 5.

Cons

- So much jargon, acronym heavy culture. I was told regularly it would take me a year to understand what was going on and that's no lie. I regularly would ask someone next to me what was going on and they wouldn't know either. - Meeting heavy, more than necessary. Pretty busy/frantic during work hours. - Feels pretty typical in terms of tech values. Ultimately cares about serving the bottom line. Serving the customer feels secondary. – Culture feels pretty stiff and corporate – Designers are the project managers. They don't seem to value project management. Can make everything feel pretty haphazard and slapped together.

Pros

Amazing benefits and good people

Cons

Culture has shifted drastically. The expectation now is do more for less. What used to be above and beyond is now just achieving expectations. You're expected to absorb the work of everyone let go. You do 4 peoples' jobs, but the concept of promotions or pay raises is out of the question. Trust from customers and employees toward leaders is completely broken. The only prosperity being powered is the prosperity of shareholders and investors.
