The projects are interesting, and the work is complex and rewarding.
Cons
The Invenergy offices are completely unconducive to productive work. The company expects people to spend 4+ days in the office. But they offer almost no one private space (not even a cube). Everyone up to senior director level works on drafting tables in a REALLY LOUD office with zero privacy.
