      No pros whatsoever.. Everything sucks..

      Cons

      Crappy management.. Too many chiefs, not enough indians.. The bosses think they're smart, when they're just egotistical.. No work trucks.. I quit.. and I'm not wasting any more time with this fly by night operation..

      Lots of projects, healthy pipeline, International operations

      Cons

      Work from home policy, Lack of promotions, didn't pay fully for relocation even though they force you too now. They won't pay you enough to actually live in Chicago.
