The place to be if you're looking to gain your experience and get out like everyone else.
Cons
Pathetic pay compared to other renewable energy companies, run by outdated old white men who haven't learned anything since covid, no incentive to come to the office yet forced to, and growth within the company is all talk and won't happen. The place is looking for warm bodies to fill positions and nothing more hence their high turn over rate.
