They encourage employees to take up challenging roles. I was in support team for the first 14 months, later moved to development team and learned a lot for 3+ years

Cons

Salary is bit less for the first one year. Later, it is at par with other IT companies or even better

Cons

1) Unprofessional managers and CEO, doesn't treat employees well at all. 2) CEO and management are just running this company as a part time job, least bothered about employees 3) Management threatens and abuses employees. 4) Many complaints issued to Department of Labor and USCIS. Company will be closed any time. 5) Never help employees when they need some help. 6) Offers no benefits to employees. 7) If you are still joining, you will repent your decision in no time.
