Pros

The company offered a nice training program. It helped me upgrade my skills in the initial phases at the company.

Cons

The company has low brand visibility, and people don't even recognize it. They need to expand to other locations and work on the branding issue if they want more success in the future. I switched to a biggere brand due to this reason.

Cons

1) Unprofessional managers and CEO, doesn't treat employees well at all. 2) CEO and management are just running this company as a part time job, least bothered about employees 3) Management threatens and abuses employees. 4) Many complaints issued to Department of Labor and USCIS. Company will be closed any time. 5) Never help employees when they need some help. 6) Offers no benefits to employees. 7) If you are still joining, you will repent your decision in no time.
