Pros

To be fair to the company and its management, we are being paid fairly with bonuses given as well.

Cons

It's very demotivating to work with people who won't give you the same respect you give them. You won't see the kind of professionalism you expect from everyone who works for a thriving company who pays their employees fairly.

Cons

1) Unprofessional managers and CEO, doesn't treat employees well at all. 2) CEO and management are just running this company as a part time job, least bothered about employees 3) Management threatens and abuses employees. 4) Many complaints issued to Department of Labor and USCIS. Company will be closed any time. 5) Never help employees when they need some help. 6) Offers no benefits to employees. 7) If you are still joining, you will repent your decision in no time.
