Pros

The pay is decent, wish I had more to add here. Most of the pros of my job have gone down the drain in the last two years.

Cons

I usually don't write reviews for anything, but here I felt that this may change the career path of people considering working at Invenger after me. There is no appreciation for good work. The management doesn't care if you are doing a good quality work, and this was very disappointing for me. You will not receive any benefits, reviews, or raises. Don't waste your time working for them.

Cons

1) Unprofessional managers and CEO, doesn't treat employees well at all. 2) CEO and management are just running this company as a part time job, least bothered about employees 3) Management threatens and abuses employees. 4) Many complaints issued to Department of Labor and USCIS. Company will be closed any time. 5) Never help employees when they need some help. 6) Offers no benefits to employees. 7) If you are still joining, you will repent your decision in no time.
