Pros

- Yearly increment and MPLC are really a good value for the employee's work - Advantages of choosing the tech stack and independence to show your creativity - Good management where all the requests are respected

Cons

Nothing to pin down from my perspective at least.

Cons

1) Unprofessional managers and CEO, doesn't treat employees well at all. 2) CEO and management are just running this company as a part time job, least bothered about employees 3) Management threatens and abuses employees. 4) Many complaints issued to Department of Labor and USCIS. Company will be closed any time. 5) Never help employees when they need some help. 6) Offers no benefits to employees. 7) If you are still joining, you will repent your decision in no time.
