Pros

1. Friendly environment in most of the teams. 2. Pay is decent once you work for 3+ years.

Cons

1. The company expects you to work 9Hrs i.e 45Hrs a week ON DESK! Even the lunch and tea breaks are excluded! A Leave a cut from your pocket if you fail to complete 45Hrs in a week! 2. The work quality needs to be improved. 3. No training is provided to freshers. 4. No medical benefits. 5. No DA is included in your salary and Basic Pay is also very less though the overall package is decent. When it comes to giving gratuity, the employees are at great loss here. 6. Employees' feedback/suggestions during re-leaving are not at all considered by the management.

1) Unprofessional managers and CEO, doesn't treat employees well at all. 2) CEO and management are just running this company as a part time job, least bothered about employees 3) Management threatens and abuses employees. 4) Many complaints issued to Department of Labor and USCIS. Company will be closed any time. 5) Never help employees when they need some help. 6) Offers no benefits to employees. 7) If you are still joining, you will repent your decision in no time.
