      It's one of the world's largest asset management firms, with a tremendous breadth of product offerings.

      Cons

      Invesco does not operate as one entity. Instead each group (internally referred to as investment centers) operates independently. This means the growth opportunities that should exist as your career blossoms are simply not possible at invesco.
