      Pros

      I work with and great bunch of people, who on the whole are good team players and professional in their knowledge and work they do, in a very busy environment.

      Cons

      Very poor middle managment, not willing to listen to staff. Very inflexible working conditions (totally opposite to the impression given in interview) No career path or real option for progression within Invesco
