      Great amenities, office location, people. Use to be a strong culture of employees shaping the view of where the company goes. The RRSP contributions program is still one of the best in the industry,

      In one word, salary. It's at the lower end of salary in similar fields offered. However, now being an integrated global company, it makes up in benefits and oportunities for growth.
