Pros
Invesco have pretty decent benefits. Everyone is on hourly except management. Potential overtime can exceed your annual bonus. Company only requires you to work 37.5 hr per week equal full time.
Cons
Since staff were making more money than management due to OT, management are disgruntled. No annual bonus due to OT, however you were still require to have an annual review which i do not see the point since there is no bonus/incentives. Management lacks communications. Morality is very low. There is no loyality from the company. Invesco compensation is not up to par.
