Pros
When I first started, I was extremely excited to be given the opportunity that had. That was short-lived. - Good resume builder - Learn a lot about the asset management industry - Beautiful and inspirational work environment - Would have stayed for a long time given the right circumstances
Cons
- Management doesn't care about your issues - Getting anything moving in the company is like turning an oil tanker around - Unrealistic close expectations for certain areas in the accounting department - If things were just slightly different, I would have been happy to stay for a long time, unfortunately, the way things were was intolerable
