Pros
If you've ever wondered where the truly mediocre people, go to die look no further. But, good news, there's so much redundancy, you could disappear for months and never be noticed while your next of kin keeps collecting your paychecks!
Cons
The company's philosophy seems to be to be "just good enough". Their approach to everything seems to be to keep things as vanilla and generic as possible. I'm not sure how that makes them feel that they have any sort of competitive advantage with other far more competitive firms out there.
