      Pros

      Large diversified firm so they won't mess up too much. Overseas assets making up for the poor investment results in the US.

      Cons

      They really aren't interested in improving investment performance. All the emphaisis is on the ETF business and they are starving the mutual funds. They force out people in the 50's.

      Great opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry. Lots of grunt work to build a solid foundation and understanding of multi-asset investing.
