Pros
The atmosphere was nice! The pay was okay until they added more listings.Always made sure we were full work load was ok if you like mandatory OT.
Cons
Mandatory overtime, and how they pay you 37.50 instead of 40 hours a week, So when you do work OT they dont have to pay time in a half. Also their 3 strike rule, and the favoritism from managers.The managers also make their own rules and they also add on to your job and will not pay you more.Human resources is definitely not their to help you they are their for the company!
