Pros
At the beginning they had good pay hikes Trust on employees Then, enters the management who starts assessing our work and they feel our work as per their standard is very bad. They are only looking through their lenses, our clients had always given 100% feedback, but that doesn't matter to the corny management.
Cons
Now it has become a place not fit for humans to work. Management is kicking out existing manpower who has been working on an average more than 5 years and getting their sycophants to appease their hitlerism. DO NOT JOIN TILL THE HYDERABAD TOP MANAGEMENT CHANGES I wish all the existing employees to be hopeful that someone from the top level understands what a no mess this management has become and takes corrective action and gets rid of them. Till then be strong and don't feel that you are not working, its just the view from the sycophants and you guys are doing great job. Hope no one gets framed and gets fired for no reason.
