Pros
Flexible hours and a 35-hour workweek were great perks. Also, depending on your position, you could work from home if needed.
Cons
The management was incredibly out of touch with what my team actually did. There was a great deal of scapegoating, finger-pointing, and overall lack of guidance. It's also a giant boys club and not very diverse.
