Executive leadership is not particularly intelligent or inspiring. Addicted to making the next big acquisition/merger deal. Very much a “let the men handle this” culture. Nonexistent professional development opportunities. Little training provided to middle management resulting in toxic work environment that is further declining in the current work from home environment.
