Senior management is incredibly disconnected from the rest of the employees. Employees are very undervalued and horribly paid for the amount of work they do. TONS of layoffs and management never fills those open roles to "cut costs" yet those teams are left to fend for themselves and work multiple hats and not get paid for their work.
