Good Flexibilities and benefits. Most of the managers have 8 years of experience only in Invesco and they do not want to move out because of the flexibilities
Cons
less learning. there will not be much learning and you cannot expect much technical growth unless you take up the challenges by yourself and try to innovate some thing.
