Salary is not at all competitive, there's not adequate appreciation or recognition from senior leadership. Appraisals are low. Growth is very very slow. Culture is dull. Full of creeps both in senior leadership as well as across teams. Not at all suitable for female employees. Work from home policies are extremely strict, no flexibility is left. Expected to stay in office for 9 hours.
